I’ve been actively working as a therapist since 1991, now in private practice, but previously for the NHS Oxleas Trust and Brenchley Unit), Universities of Kent, Goldsmiths and the voluntary sector. I offer short term counselling, longer term psychotherapy and EMDR trauma therapy. I also provide supervision (group and individual) for therapists and organisational leaders.

I believe in helping my clients identify their issues and work towards change, to improve the quality of their lives and relationships with others. My training is mainly psychodynamic and relational.

The sessions are discreet and confidential.

My training is as follows: PG Dip in counselling, PG diploma and MA in group psychoanalysis and intercultural counselling, diploma in trauma therapy (training from Babette Rothschild) and Accredited EMDR therapist. I am a UKCP Accredited psychotherapist and member of the BACP.

I work Monday – Wednesday.
